T2

Normally when you think of old school prog rock you get images of Pink Floyd, King Crimson and even ELP. However, T2 were one such band that never received as much recognition as the aforementioned, yet they have created one of best prog rock albums of the era, up there with KC and the like. It'll all work out in the boomland has some amazing guitar work, with a 17 year old Keith Cross showing his prolific skills at a young age. Definitely one to check out:

PHEWWHOO - PHEW CLAP WHOO FUNK

This is one album i can't stop listening to. Its this brilliant mix of post-rock with jazz, funk and math rock elements. Definitely one to listen and buy if you get the opportunity - a good underground japanese band that defines why this eclectic music is good. Check out: Toe, Losalios and LITE if you like this stuff (especially Losalios).
